Refund policy

Every Lampstand Co. item is printed to order just for you. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Wrong item or lost package
If you received the wrong item, or your tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you to fix it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t cover orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order yourself within 1 hour of placing it. After that, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll cancel it before it goes to print. Once an order is in production, it can’t be canceled.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
